Meditation classes
Meditation is by far the most important function you can do for yourself and for your life. I have classes running all the time. I focus on raising your vibration around love, healing ourselves, our families and friends, including our family pets and of course our mother Earth.

If you need clarity in your life, I recommend meditation. 

There are groups you can join or look for an Ashram near you.
